Services for small businesses
Are you struggling with your online presence and either don’t know where to start or are totally overwhelmed? I can help.
With experience helping clients in a variety of industries tackle their digital marketing, I can be a creative addition to your efforts and give you back time (and sanity).
YOU are small & mighty and so am I.
Developing your brand gives structure to your marketing. As a small company in a crowded marketplace, you need to differentiate itself from your competitors. I can help you do this.
Privileged to have worked with Marty Neumeier, author of The Brand Gap, ZAG and The Designful Company, I bring a rich background of helping a variety of companies define their offering, improve their mission statement, define their target market, and finally, create an “onliness statement.” It’s not about selling, it’s about telling your story.
Every small business needs a website. Yet, a 2014 study showed that more than 50% of all small businesses don’t have websites. Think you don’t have the time? I can help.
Creating websites is my favorite piece of the digital marketing puzzle. I love being able to provide a solution to something that seems so daunting. I can build a beautiful, user friendly website, beef up it’s SEO (search engine optimization), and then train you how to maintain it.
Putting your brand’s story into a digital format, allows you to get your message out to a larger audience. We help you design a strategy to reach your marketing, giving them exactly what they want from you. We focus on engagement, not just sales. But we also measure that engagement, so we can figure out what’s working and what isn’t.
Social Media Management
Did you know that Facebook only shows your posts to 12% of your followers? It’s true.
Because we live and breathe social media, we’re familiar with the special tricks associated with each platform. We use this obsession to post, monitor, comment and measure on your behalf. This gives you more time to devote to your customers.
Companies that blog have better marketing results. A HubSpot study from 2009 showed that companies that blogged had 55% more visitors to their site than companies who didn’t blog.
Blogging is free PR for your company. By creating blog posts with content that you market is looking for you, you bring your customers to you. This is known as “inbound content” and as is one of the most important pieces to any content strategy.
I work with you to develop blog post content, source images and write the copy.
Email marketing is one of the best (and easiest) ways to keep in touch with your customer. I always recommend a small business send out at least one email marketing piece per month. It is cost effective and can help build brand awareness and loyalty.
I can help you manage an already existing mailing list or develop one from the ground up. I work with you to design the campaigns, send them on your behalf and monitor their open and click rates.
