How it Works
We Meet
Each package comes with TWO one-hour phone consultations.
The first one-hour phone consultation is for YOU to tell US about your goals, your ideas, and what works/doesn't work. We start with an overall strategy and cadence, fine-tuning as we go along. At this first meeting, your homework is to gather your thoughts, ideas and images into one place (we'll help you) so we're all on the same page. The second one-hour phone consultation is for US to show YOU how your goals and ideas will translate to 12 posts a month.

We Plan
Once we're all on the same page, we start creating! Using a shared Google Doc CONTENT CALENDAR, we add copy, images, links, hashtags and notes. In full transparently, everyone has access to the calendar at all times and can add comments and changes at any time. While there will naturally be deadlines, this calendar allows the creative process to ebb and flow and acts as a central project place for all info.
Less emails back and forth, less confusion.

We Execute
This is when the magic happens. After we have all the images in one place, all the ideas sorted through and all the strategy lined up in the Content Calendar, our team goes to work! We'll craft the 12 posts, using your images (or images we source), our copy and your intention. We'll run those 12 posts past you, give you time for changes and approvals and then schedule them all at once! Voila. Done.

Concerned About Images? You Always Have Options
Ideally, the images you use on social are of you or your customers involved in your business.
I refer to these images as "Custom Stock Photos" and there is simply no way around them. People want to see authenticity in social and real photos, of you and your business are authentic. That being said, there ARE free ways to pepper in stock photos and our favorite source is Unsplash, a site where photographers share their imagery for free and clear use.
